  • Your order delivery will be electronic. License key will be sent by email. No physical   delivery. 
  • Once order executed and license key delivered, there will be no order cancellation,  refunds or product change. 
  • Software products do not have warranty clauses like hardware products. Against the  software product purchased you are entitled to technical support services for the period  of subscription. 
  • Technical support is provided over the phone or email between 10 am to 6 pm. Sunday  to Thursday. Closed on Friday, Saturday and all national holidays. No on-site support   available. 
  • For product understanding and choice please feel free to call for assistance.
  • Your name, email ID and phone numbers will not be shared with any third party unless   compromiisable by legal demands of the state or used for advertisements from our end.   The  only communication from our end may be related to any security updates related to the  product or subscription renewal notifications. 
  • The license keys purchased from this site can be activated in Bangladesh and Bhutan  only.
